Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Vandals mobile application (the “Application”) provided by Entertainment Guild SRL (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We provide the Application as a free service, on an “AS IS” basis. This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Scope
This Policy covers information processed by the Application and our related services. By using the Application, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
1) User-Provided Information. We collect information you provide directly, for example when you contact us, create an account (if applicable), or participate in in-app features.
2) Automatically Collected Information. The Application and its analytics/diagnostics SDKs may automatically collect certain information, which can include:
- Device details (device model, operating system, language, time zone),
- Identifiers (advertising identifiers where available, device identifiers, IP address),
- Approximate location (derived from IP address or device settings),
- Usage data (session duration, gameplay events and progress, in-app interactions, performance and crash data).
Location Information
The Application may process your device’s approximate location to provide features such as personalized content, analytics, and service improvements. We do not collect precise (GPS-level) location unless you explicitly grant permission to do so within your operating system settings.
How We Use Information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Application and your gameplay experience,
- Understand usage trends, balance game mechanics, and diagnose technical issues,
- Provide support, communicate important notices, and (where permitted) send promotions,
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Third-Party Services (Processors)
We use trusted third-party service providers that process data on our behalf to deliver core functionality (authentication, storage, analytics, diagnostics). These providers have their own privacy policies:
-
Google Play Services (distribution, basic services)
Privacy Policy -
Microsoft PlayFab (login, user data storage, game progress tracking). PlayFab may process
device identifiers, IP address, and gameplay data needed to run backend services for the Application.
Privacy & Terms -
Unity Analytics (usage analytics and diagnostics). We use Unity’s analytics services to collect
aggregated usage data (e.g., gameplay events, session metrics, device/OS info, approximate location) to improve
performance and gameplay, identify bugs, and understand engagement. Unity may process your device identifier,
IP address, and in-app behavior to provide reports to us.
Unity Privacy Policy
Unity Analytics – Privacy & Data
We may share aggregated or de-identified information with these providers. We require them to use information only to provide services to us and to protect it appropriately.
Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK)
Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Contract necessity – to provide and support the Application you request,
- Legitimate interests – to improve, secure, and optimize the Application, prevent fraud, and understand usage (balanced against your rights),
- Consent – where required for analytics/advertising identifiers or location data. You can withdraw consent at any time as described below.
Your Choices & Opt-Out Controls
- In-App Controls. Where available, you can use the Application’s privacy/analytics settings to disable analytics collection (Unity Analytics) and withdraw consent.
- Device Settings. You can reset/limit advertising identifiers, disable analytics permissions, or restrict location access in your device’s OS settings.
- Contact Us. You can email office@et-gu.com to opt out of specific processing where applicable.
Your Rights
EEA/UK (GDPR/UK GDPR): You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data; to data portability; and to object to certain processing. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA): California residents may have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of “sale”/“sharing” (as defined by law). We do not knowingly sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You won’t be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at office@et-gu.com. We may need to verify your request.
Data Retention
We retain user-provided data for as long as your account or use of the Application continues and for a reasonable period thereafter for legitimate business purposes (e.g., compliance, dispute resolution). Automatically collected analytics/diagnostics data is typically retained for up to 24 months and may be stored thereafter in aggregated or de-identified form.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it. If you believe this has occurred, please contact us at office@et-gu.com.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Sharing & Disclosure
- With service providers acting on our behalf under appropriate contracts,
- To comply with law or legal process, or to respond to lawful requests,
- To protect our rights, users, or the public, investigate fraud/security issues, or enforce policies,
- In connection with a corporate transaction (e.g., merger, acquisition), subject to appropriate safeguards.
International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries outside your own (including the EU/EEA/UK and the United States). Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the effective date below. Your continued use of the Application after changes become effective signifies acceptance of the updated Policy.
Effective date: 2025-08-11
Your Consent
By using the Application, you consent to our processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy (including the use of analytics SDKs such as Unity Analytics) and in the privacy policies of our processors linked above. “Processing” includes collecting, storing, using, disclosing, and deleting information.
